Alice and Jack's wedding almost felt like a family reunion for us! We were in fantastic company, having previously photographed Alice's brothers wedding and Sarah & Tom's wedding prior to that. There were so many familiar faces (and plenty of new ones) including some small, but very cute new additions to the family.
For those of you who've followed our work for a while, you'll know that we're well known for our home, garden and tipi weddings. We shoot a lot of these style of weddings as they suit the style of our coverage well. Alice and Jack's wedding ticked all those boxes! Their wedding celebrations took place at The Fruit House- the family farm in Suffolk. They also had tipis! We love a tipi, but particularly a tipi farm wedding!

With such a fantastic crowd, we knew their day was going to be one to remember and it certainly was! Riding to the church sat on hay bales, being towed by a tractor (whilst pregnant) was an adventure I'm looking forward to telling our daughter about when she's older. I remember that journey being so full of excitement and laughter with the bridesmaids. And that excitement continued throughout the day with the most heartwarming and emotional moments throughout the ceremony and speeches in particular.
Any photographer will tell you that a good crowd is half the battle. The biggest, poshest, most expensive weddings with the most beautiful flowers and decor will still fall flat if the crowd aren't up for it. But again, Alice and Jack's day had it all.
We are so incredibly thankful to have been invited back to shoot another family wedding and really hope it wont be our last at the Fruit House as we always have the best time!
