I can’t believe that I am finally getting to write up this blog post. After what feels like forever, Kelly & Tom finally got married! Their Kentwell Hall wedding was beyond perfect.

Finally meeting face to face

I first “met” Kelly on a Facebook group for 2015 brides. As a 2015 bride myself i’d joined to chat weddings, pick up tips and chat to other life minded ladies. It wasn’t long before a bunch of us hit it off. Together we began counting down the days until we were each to be wed. We were incredibly flattered when Kelly & Tom chose us to photograph their day. After hearing about their plans and dreaming of how it would all come together, it was an absolute joy to have been a part of the magic.

On the day itself, we arrived at Hall Barn. Here both Bride, Groom and their loved ones were prepping for the day ahead. With cake as far as the eye could see, beards galore and heartwarming, personal touches everywhere, the atmosphere was calm & relaxed. It wasn’t long before the guys headed off to be pampered. Sam followed and I hung back with the ladies, for the all important pre-wedding prep. Amazingly, all the hair pieces and the bridal belt that you will see below are courtesy of the bride herself. The first look

When the guys returned it wasn’t long before it came time for the first look. (Huh, what’s a first look? Find out here.) It was beeeaaauuuttiful and sooo sums up exactly why we encourage couples to opt for one.

I could literally waffle on all day about how fantastic the day was. I have a habit of doing just that. BUT I don’t want to ruin it by telling you what’s coming. Have a little peep at the photos below and if you’d like, leave a comment at the end.

Thank you so very much to the friends and family of the Tasker’s who welcomed us on the day with open arms. You made it such a joyous day to have been a part of.
