Arguably the wedding ceremony is the most important part of a wedding day. It’s the whole reason you’re there after all! The bit where you make your legal declarations and officially become married people. But given the fact that the ceremony is such an important part of the day, you don’t tend to see as many wedding ceremony photographs as you’d expect. It’s much more common to share couples portraits and the like.

For a lot of couples there’s anxiety surrounding the ceremony. Seeing more photographs of real wedding ceremonies may help with this. Although it’s understandable when you consider that it’s a hugely significant thing to actually pledge yourself to another person and agree to stand beside them always. Most commonly couples worry that they’ll trip or mess up their words. From time to time, we all jumble our words, but everyone is there to celebrate with you and celebrate you, so any mistakes are smiled at and forgotten as quickly as they were said.

Wedding ceremony photographs

We thought we’d mix it up and dedicate an entire blog post to wedding ceremony photographs only. The entrance, the nervous and excited glances, the first kiss! There are so many ceremony moments that we love.

We hope you enjoy this post! You can also keep up to date with us and our work on social media
