Amy & John’s wedding at The Orangery Maidstone

Here’s a brief summary of Amy & John’s gorgeous wedding at The Orangery Maidstone. They were blessed with the most beautiful of days, albeit slightly on the warm side! This however meant that guests were treated to a full day outdoor celebration in the sunshine. Beside the lake, sipping drinks and enjoying canapés, it was clear to see what a fantastic time was being had by all.

The setting for Amy and John’s wedding could not have been more perfect. Tucked away, you’d never even know it was there! We were absolutely spoilt for choice when it came to photo locations. We’d have been there all day if we’d tried to cover them all. From the churning brook and lake to the array of trees, foliage and plants in full bloom. To say it was picturesque is an understatement and we can see why Amy & John fell in love with the place.

A wedding to remember

Along with their guests Amy & John celebrated in style and danced the night away. There were so many stand out moments throughout the day. From the emotional gift exchange in the morning, through to a scorching ceremony. It was also nice to see something so different for the speeches and John’s best man did a wonderful job of keeping everyone entertained! We also remember the amazing atmosphere on the dance floor and how much everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. They were certainly surrounded by a great crowd and we feel so fortunate to have been a part of their celebrations. Even more so as we will also be photographing the wedding of one of Amy’s bridesmaids and her partner next year. We cannot wait!
