After entering The wedding industry awards, entrants are given the opportunity to view the anonymous feedback submitted by clients. Having previously won the award twice for our region, we know just how valuable this feedback is. Not just for couples looking for reviews for Sam and Louise photography, but also for us. We use the reviews and feedback submitted to see what stand out comments there are about our product or service. Recurring themes help us to identify what clients feel we’re doing right, or not. This means we can address and rectify any issues. Or if applicable, stick with what we’re doing in areas that receive praise.
The feedback was submitted anonymously as part of our entry into the wedding industry awards. The entries were made directly to the awards service, so until this morning, we hadn’t seen any of the feedback at all!
We feel so incredibly lucky to be able to continue to do what we do. Our couples have all been, without exception wonderful people and we feel so honoured to have been chosen to document their days. Below are some of the comments we received from some of our couples from the last 12 months or so.

Sam and Louise don’t just do photographs they capture important and stunning memories. They do this with such skill and ability that you don’t really notice them snapping away. The couple are so lovely and caring, you end up feeling like long lost friends rather than customer and supplier. Post wedding the turn around on the pictures was so quick and the end result was just what we wanted. From the moment we booked to receiving the end product the process was slick, professional and high class.

Sam and Louise were outstanding, we couldn’t have asked for better photographers they understood our whole idea and were so lovely when we had to change our venue with supportive emails and offered any help they could – above and beyond for photographers. They were our first booking and words cannot describe just how perfect they were, they also gave useful advice to our videographer (An American cousin currently studying film at Uni) Blown away, just looking for an excuse to see them again.
We had an amazing experience with Sam and Louise Photography from day one. We found them from an online search and from our very first meeting with them, we hit it off. They made us feel so relaxed on our big day, and as a fellow photographer, I had complete confidence that we would receive a stunning set of images from them. Sam & Louise were an amazing addition to our day. They were unobtrusive and friendly. Their photographs were fabulous and exactly what we wanted. They truly captured every aspect of our day. We would recommend to anyone.
From the word go Sam and Louise have provided an outstanding service! On the build up to the wedding I knew that I could contact them with any question, how trivial it may have been, and they would respond almost immediately. During our wedding day it was as if they were guests! They made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed right from the start to the end! The photos we have received are unbelievable and will allow us to remember every part of our special day.

Sam & Louise were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of booking and of course the actual photography on our wedding (and our engagement shoot). The photos turned out absolutely incredible, so many natural shots and all were clearly so well edited. Sam & Louise were brilliant, the booking process and everything else has been flawless. On the day they both helped us feel relaxed and just fitted into our wedding seamlessly. As we wanted more candid photos during the day we were so pleased to hear form our guests that they didn’t even notice them during the day. They both went above and beyond to get photos for us, including laying in the wet following rain and running up hills being chased by our horse and carriage.
Sam and Louise were incredible from start to finish. They were so passionate about our wedding and gave us so much advice leading up to the day. They’re are so talented and captured exactly what we wanted on the day. They are complete professionals and communication was flawless throughout. Having both of them on the day meant we didn’t miss a moment. The attention to detail and editing was spot on and we couldn’t be happier with our photos.

Sam and Louise are the most fantastic photographers! We received our photos yesterday and have been blown away, completely and utterly blown away. Attention to detail second to none, editing and colours fantastic, arrived early just to work out the best shots and light because it was the first time working at Bruisyard Hall/Barn. They were both highly professional, yet warm and lovely, extremely passionate about what they do and how they do it. They massively deserve to win this award.

We used Sam & Louise photography for our wedding on the 15th September and they were just brilliant. They were really good at keeping in touch before the wedding, quick to respond to any questions we had and gave helpful advice. On the day they fitted in seamlessly to the proceedings and gave direction when we needed it but were always friendly and never pushy. The post wedding contact has been great too and the teasers we have received are beautiful. We can’t wait to see our full album.
