Uttoxeter wedding photographer takes photo at a wedding of bride and groom

Real wedding at the Old Parish Rooms

Over the weekend we had the pleasure of finally shooting a real wedding at the Old Parish Rooms. This is a wedding venue that we’ve been aware of for a number of years now, but one that we’ve never actually worked at.

We are however very familiar with the Old Parish rooms due to seeing lots of events, such as wedding fairs and styled shoots being hosted there. It’s a stunning, unique place so we were really looking forward to Sarah and Lee’s wedding.

Although it turned out to be a bit of a blustery weekend, this didn’t prove to be a problem at all. Aside from a fascinator or two trying to make an escape! If anything, it may have helped the confetti fly a little better! Everyone was in high spirits and the sun shone. It was a fantastic way to kick off an exciting 2019 wedding season.

Sarah and Lee were wonderful to work with. So lovely and relaxed. Their main focus was ensuring that everyone had a great time and they wanted to spend as much time as possible with their loved one’s just enjoying their company and celebrating being married, finally, after many years spent side by side.

It was a real joy having been their to witness their marriage and here’s one quick teaser from the day whilst we work on the full set.
