We shot our first ever New years eve wedding, for the wonderful Natalie and Mitchell on Sunday. Their wedding took place at a venue that we’ve very familiar with, Gaynes Park in Epping. It felt like a bit of a treat working so close to home on New years eve as we’ve been all over the place this year!

We’ve come to the conclusion that a new years eve wedding is the perfect way to see in the new year. What could be better than welcoming 2018 surrounded by everyone you love, after an epic day of celebrating? Natalie and Mitchell are the most lovely chilled out couple who made shooting their wedding a breeze.
We were also fortunate to be surrounded by a great team on the day itself, which always helps! Botias on hair and make up and Unique visuals wedding films were on hand to help ensure the day ran perfectly. Aside from a slight overrun with the ceremony time, everything seemed to work out perfectly. It was only as guests were sitting for dinner that the heavens opened, so we lucked out there!
As the evening progressed the atmosphere just got better and better. With midnight approaching the party poppers and hats came out. Everyone was having a great time.
