A year ago the thought of a wedding with more than just a handful of guests felt like a pipe dream. By that point we’d already been in lockdown for several months and weddings were only just starting to be allowed again. At the time, there were strict rules and number limits- not ideal for most couples! The 12 months that followed has been a rollercoaster for those in the wedding industry and couples alike. There’s nothing quite like planning a wedding in a pandemic! But Hannah & Tom did it oh so well…with a little help from their nearest and dearest of course. They hosted their wedding at the family home and had the most beautiful garden, marquee wedding.
A garden marquee wedding at home
It’s almost impossible to describe how heartwarmingly brilliant it felt to be back to some kind of normal. Yes face masks and a few other things were still required, but to just be in proximity of more than 30 other people all collectively celebrating was the best feeling!
There’s so much we could say about this gorgeous day, but whilst we work on the rest of their gallery please enjoy these two teasers. If you pay close attention, you’ll notice that there’s one for each wedding dress! Please feel free to leave your comments for the newlyweds at the end of this post.
