We’re so sorry that you’re in a position where you’re having to consider postponing your wedding- perhaps for the second or third time.
The last year has been incredibly difficult for so many of our couples and as such we are doing everything in our power to make the process of moving your date as easy and stress free as possible. One of the ways we’re doing this is by providing our couples with a list of our available future dates which can be accessed and referred back to at any time. This is here so that you can see our availability before choosing a new date, giving you the freedom to continue planning without needing to wait to hear back from us whilst we’re furloughed. We hope you’ll find it useful and find that it eliminates a little of the worry associated with moving your date. We aim to update this as soon as there are any changes.
In the interests of being totally honest, the last year has been devastating for us as a business to say the least. We have not shot a full day wedding since December 31st 2019 and all but 4 of the bookings we had in 2020 were either postponed or cancelled. After 14 months there’s still no concrete roadmap from the Government on when weddings can definitely happen again, only guidance that is to be reviewed every couple of weeks.
Consequently newly engaged couples do not have the confidence to book weddings yet. The result being that we’ve lost an entire year of income so far already, have no targeted government support and new bookings that would usually provide a vital cash flow just aren’t happening. This sadly means that we physically do not have the funds there and available to provide refunds in the event that you choose to postpone to a new date we are not available for. We are being upfront about this because we want you to be able to make informed decisions. We are also asking that advance payments are not made more than 2 weeks before the wedding just in case things can’t go ahead for any reason. This provides peace of mind for everyone.
We kindly ask that you refer to the below dates before making any firm decisions and would encourage you to choose a new date that we are available for, before booking anything with your venue etc. For further reassurance and peace of mind, we have cancelled all personal and family plans for 2021, as well as all scheduled time off to ensure that we can offer as much availability and date choice to the couples being impacted as we can. We have done and continue to do as much as is possible to make this terrible situation work for everyone.
Please help our business survive another bumpy year by choosing a date that is mutually convenient.
There are currently more than 160 available dates in 2021 to choose from, from July onwards.

If you originally booked a 2021 date with us and are now postponing to 2022, there are no additional fees to pay as you’ll have already been paying our 21/22 rate. If your original booking with us was for 2020, there are no additional fees for postponements to dates within 2021. For postponements to 2022 however there is a fee of £250 which reflects the increase in our costs over the 2/3 years between 2019 and 2022 since the original booking was made.
