The topic of Children at weddings can be quite a divisive conversation. Over the last decade or so in particular, the popularity of child free weddings has increased tenfold. Whilst we all understand and appreciate that weddings have traditionally been a family occasion, the landscape of modern weddings is changing. Many couples now choose to elope, or marry overseas. Some couples, like ourselves, choose to host intimate celebrations with just a handful of guests. Others choose to make a weekend of it. Nowadays, weddings are pretty much whatever you want them to be. For some couples, that means having their wedding be a child free zone. However, that wasn’t the case at any of these weddings.
