We have another engagement shoot on the blog for you today! This time we met with Gemma and Chris for their session, ahead of their wedding in August. They’ll be marrying at the beautiful Layer Marney Tower. Layer Marney is somewhere we’ve been looking forward to shooting at ever since they booked us.
It’s been a while since we met with Gemma and Chris initially, so it’s always great to have a catch up and hear the latest about their plans. It’s also really lovely to just have the opportunity to chat with a couple informally and get to know them a little better outside of all the weddingy stuff, as lovely as it may all be! Getting to know one another better can really help to make the wedding day seamless, especially if nerves or concerns about photography are a factor.
We were lucky enough to have a beautiful, golden evening their engagement shoot, followed by a colourful sunset. Thanks to some good company, the shoot flew by, which is always a good sign. We had an awesome time with Chris and Gemma, so we know that their wedding is going to be a day to remember!
