Well, this is a first for us- a Braxted Park wedding! A venue long admired, but one that until now we’ve not had the chance to shoot at.

Im pleased to say that we are now recommended wedding photographers at Braxted Park!

When we first met Zillia and Martyn just over a year ago we’d just returned from shooting a wedding in Italy. It was whilst browsing that particular gallery that Martyn realised he’d actually gone to school with the groom! One of life’s little coincidences was all it took to break the ice! After a chat about their plans we knew we were going to have an incredible day with these two.

Fast forward a year and the day finally arrived! In spite of a lovely looking forecast, a blanket of grey cloud lingered for most of the morning and did it’s best to cast doubt on which way things would go. Thankfully however, the sun soon popped it’s head out, which meant that the outdoor ceremony Zillia and Martyn had planned got the go ahead.

It was a super chilled, fun filled morning with the ladies, which set the day up perfectly. The sense of calm remained throughout the afternoon and it was so lovely to have the chance to capture so many natural moments from beginning to end. It all felt effortless- from the subtle complimentary colour palette, to the creative orders of the day cards. Everything came together perfectly and we were honoured to have been invited to capture such a fantastic celebration.
